Job Summary:
The Creative Manager – Events & Exhibitions is responsible for leading the creative design, concept development, and visual execution of all corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activation projects. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to deliver engaging, innovative, and brand-aligned event experiences that enhance visibility and audience engagement.
The position requires close collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to conceptualize event themes, booth designs, stage setups, promotional content, and brand displays — ensuring every project reflects the company’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Concept Development
- Develop and present creative event and exhibition concepts, design themes, and visual storyboards for internal and client approval.
- Translate marketing objectives into event branding ideas, layouts, and displays that align with company and client goals.
- Lead the creative direction for trade shows, product launches, corporate events, seminars, and brand activations.
- Stay updated on global trends in event design, exhibition architecture, and brand communication.
2. Design & Visual Communication
- Supervise the design and production of booth layouts, stage backdrops, digital displays, banners, and promotional materials.
- Work with in-house designers and external vendors to ensure all creative deliverables meet brand guidelines.
- Develop 3D renderings, mock-ups, and visual presentations using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.).
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms — print, digital, and on-ground setups.
3. Brand & Marketing Integration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align event visuals with corporate branding and communication strategy.
- Support development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional materials related to events and exhibitions.
- Assist in creating presentations, proposal decks, and client pitches for business development.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, decorators, and event artists.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage timelines to ensure project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on creativity and excellence.
