Position Summary
The Creative Manager will lead the creative direction, concept development, and execution of brand campaigns that connect with mass audiences across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong experience from the media and content industry, has a keen sense for storytelling, and excels at building brand visibility through influencer, blogger, and social media collaborations.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can translate brand strategy into powerful creative ideas and work seamlessly with a team of designers, animators, and videographers to bring those ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and oversee creative concepts, campaigns, and visuals that align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
- Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints — social media, ATL/BTL, digital, and influencer collaborations.
- Translate brand identity into engaging content that resonates with target audiences nationwide.
- Analyze trends in digital media, culture, and consumer behavior to craft relevant, impactful campaigns.
Influencer & Blogger Engagement
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with bloggers, influencers, and digital creators to amplify brand messaging.
- Negotiate partnerships, ensure deliverables align with brand tone and objectives.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand reach and consumer trust.
- Track and evaluate influencer performance through measurable KPIs (engagement, impressions, conversions).
Creative Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a creative team including graphic designers, animators, videographers, and content creators.
- Assign tasks, review creative output, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and innovative work culture.
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to team members.
Production & Content Oversight
- Oversee production of photo and video shoots — from concept to post-production.
- Ensure all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and storytelling principles.
- Collaborate with media buying, digital, and PR teams to ensure creative alignment.
- Supervise the development of campaign materials such as animations, reels, storyboards, and promotional videos.
Brand Engagement & Performance
- Work with the marketing team to evaluate campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Adapt creative strategy based on audience feedback and analytics.
- Stay informed on emerging tools, creative technologies, and social media trends relevant to brand storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Design, or Fine Arts.
- 2–3 years of experience in a creative or media industry environment , production house, or brand marketing team.
- Proven record of successful influencer/blogger collaborations and mass-audience brand engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their creative potential.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams (designers, animators, videographers).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and brand communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing creative requirements.
