Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligned with business goals, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging visual content across all social media platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a professional content calendar.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
• Strengthen the company's visual identity through consistent, high-quality content.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement innovative ideas that support continuous business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills with an impressive portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite .
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and improve marketing campaigns.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.

• تصوير المنتجات والعروض والفعاليات باحترافية (صور وفيديو) لإنتاج محتوى عالي الجودة.
• إنتاج وتحرير محتوى إبداعي يتناسب مع مختلف منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
• إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي وضمان نشر محتوى متجدد وفق خطة محتوى احترافية.
• ابتكار وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية تهدف إلى زيادة الوصول، وتعزيز التفاعل، وتحويل المتابعين إلى عملاء.
• تحليل أداء الحملات والمحتوى باستخدام مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، وتقديم توصيات تطويرية مبنية على النتائج.
• تطوير هوية المحتوى البصري للعلامة التجارية والحفاظ على جودة واحترافية جميع المواد المنشورة.
• متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التسويق الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات لرفع الأداء وتحقيق النمو المستمر.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة عملية في التسويق الرقمي وصناعة المحتوى.
• خبرة قوية في التصوير الفوتوغرافي وتصوير الفيديو مع Portfolio احترافي.
• إجادة برامج التصميم وتحرير الصور والفيديو .
• فهم عميق لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي واستراتيجيات زيادة التفاعل والمبيعات.
• القدرة على التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتحليل، وتطوير الحملات التسويقية.
• شخصية مبدعة، مبادرة، وتركز على تحقيق نتائج قابلة للقياس.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
