About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team in Peabody, MA (in-office position)! This role is perfect for someone with strong design skills who also enjoys working on social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing projects. You’ll be the creative mind behind eye-catching graphics, engaging content, and marketing materials that bring our brand to life.

What You’ll Do

• Design graphics, layouts, and visuals for digital and print campaigns
• Manage and create content for social media platforms
• Edit photos and videos for marketing and website use
• Build and design email newsletters and promotional blasts in Constant Contact and Topol
• Assist with website updates and basic SEO improvements
• Support event marketing efforts with on-site creative needs as required
• Collaborate with the marketing team to keep branding consistent

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio showcasing strong graphic design work (required)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation (Instagram, Meta, X, YouTube and TikTok)
• Basic video/photo editing skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms is a huge plus (Constant Contact, Topol, or similar)
• Photography/videography experience a strong plus
• Understanding of websites/SEO is a plus
• Event/entertainment industry experience is a bonus but not required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be able to speak and write English

Job Details

• Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible hours available)
• Schedule: Flexible — can accommodate traditional full-time, part-time, or “mother’s hours” schedules
• Location: In-office, Peabody, MA
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
