Job Summary:
As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand, products, and services. You will lead a team of professionals, guiding them in creating compelling content, visuals, and strategies to engage our target audience across various channels. Your role will drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately support the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads.
  • To operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • To develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Design, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities, utilizing the findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and oversee the production of engaging content for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and advertisements.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Creative Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully executing creative marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools, marketing automation software, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey marketing messages.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in the digital landscape.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
