We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end creative direction of our brand and campaigns. If you have a strong blend of design leadership, marketing strategy, and content execution, we’d love to hear from you.In this role, you’ll translate business goals into high-impact visuals, campaigns, and digital content while managing creative resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Design Management

Lead the creative vision for all marketing campaigns Translate business needs into clear design briefs and concepts Oversee production of social media creatives, marketing collateral, event branding, and video concepts Ensure brand consistency across all channels Review and approve designs from internal teams and external agencies

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads Collaborate with performance teams to optimize creatives for engagement and conversions Manage content calendars and campaign timelines Track KPIs and refine creative strategies

Content Strategy & Copywriting Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals Write and review social media captions, ad copy, and website content Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging
