POSITION: Marketing, Media & Content Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for the ideal hybrid creative + strategist to elevate our brand and drive growth across all digital platforms. This is a key role within our marketing team supporting video, design, events, and sales.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos for IG, TikTok, and ads
• Create before/afters, trending content, educational videos, & aesthetic campaigns
• Maintain a consistent luxury look aligned with our brand kit

Graphic Design

• Advanced graphics for stories, posts, promotions, events, and campaigns
• Ability to create elevated, minimalist, editorial-style visuals (our aesthetic)
• Design promotional materials, flyers, digital ads, and event collateral

Marketing & Sales

• Build content that converts — storytelling that brings in appointments
• Support promotions, launches, Black Friday campaigns, membership pushes
• Help strategize messaging to attract our ideal clientele (30–50, high-income households)

Bilingual Outreach

• Create content in English + Spanish
• Communicate directly to our Spanish-speaking audience with clarity, accuracy & cultural relevance
• Build campaigns that speak to the Houston market
• Increase brand presence across both audiences

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram + TikTok content calendars
• Post, schedule, track performance, and recommend improvements
• Stay ahead of aesthetic trends, sounds, and formats
• Oversee comments, DMs, and client engagement

Google Business Manager

• Manage our Google page
• Upload weekly posts, specials, updates, and new photos
• Monitor reviews + optimize local SEO
• Ensure we stay the premier medspa option for Houston searches

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Expert in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Expert in graphics & design (Canva Pro + Adobe Suite)
• Lives on IG & TikTok — knows what works and why
• Understands aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and medspa culture
• Can film clients + providers with confidence
• Organized, sales-minded, creative, and deadline-driven
• Strong writing skills in English + Spanish
• Thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Understands brand voice, strategy, and the importance of consistency
• High attention to detail — excellence is the standard
