Social Media & Marketing Manager

Houston, TX | Full-Time | In-Office

You don’t need a cubicle. You need a brand to build. Shariff Injury Lawyers is one of Houston’s premier law firms — and the Official Personal Injury Law Firm of the Houston Texans. We don’t follow trends. We create them. Now, we’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager who can own our digital presence, amplify our NFL partnership, and turn every post into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a bold, cross-platform marketing strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Build content campaigns that maximize our exclusive Texans partnership (e.g., Toro appearances, giveaways, co-branded videos).
  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Design and publish high-performing reels, short-form videos, and visuals that match our voice and stand out in the feed.
  • Oversee a rolling 30-day content calendar and manage scheduling tools.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube) with constant optimization and monthly ROI reporting.
  • Track performance using platform insights, UTM codes, and Google Analytics; deliver monthly reports with growth metrics and insights.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots with our team, brand partners, and firm events (Texans activations, client giveaways, office culture).
  • Lead our digital voice: every caption, story, ad, and visual should sound and look like us — bold, sharp, and professional.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media/digital marketing experience with proven results (portfolio required).
  • Strong design/video skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
  • Expertise in social growth strategy — including reels, trends, ad funnels, and engagement.
  • Experience with paid media (including retargeting, split testing, and campaign tracking).
  • A proactive mindset: You pitch ideas, anticipate needs, and execute independently.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for brand consistency.
  • Committed to focusing on one brand, this is not a side gig.

Bonus: Experience with sports, entertainment, or influencer partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
