Role Overview

As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing creative content, managing social media platforms, and developing strategies to generate leads and strengthen brand presence. This role requires both creativity and marketing expertise to deliver impactful campaigns and business materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics, posts, ad creatives, and business proposal presentations.

Manage and grow company and client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas.

Requirements

Strong graphic designing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).

Experience in content strategy and digital marketing.

Knowledge of lead generation techniques (social media, digital ads, outreach).

Ability to design professional business proposals and presentations.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager.

Strong portfolio of creative work (graphics, reels, campaigns).

Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field (preferred).
