Digital Media Specialist (Manager)

Hyderabad, Pakistan

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly efficient, creative, and authentic professional to lead end-to-end digital campaigns. The individual will be responsible for Content Creation, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing Strategy across multiple platforms — ensuring the political, personal, and organizational image is strengthened, protected, and amplified.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and manage A to Z digital campaigns (political, personal branding, and corporate).
  • Oversee content strategy & creation: scripts, blogs, videos, reels, graphics, and digital storytelling.
  • Manage and grow presence across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms.
  • Execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).
  • Build and monitor Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategies to protect and enhance brand image.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, influencers, journalists, and PR teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure real-time engagement: live coverage, trend monitoring, and crisis communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, sentiment analysis).
  • Innovate using AI-driven content tools, analytics platforms, and modern political marketing trends.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for all digital & content-related initiatives.

Job Specification (JS)Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Political Science, or Business.
  • 5–7 years proven experience in digital marketing, political campaigns, or influencer branding.
  • Strong portfolio of end-to-end campaign management for political leaders, organizations, or media personalities.

Skills Required:

  • Mastery of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
  • Strong content creation skills: writing, storytelling, and campaign design.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio.
  • Ability to manage cross-platform campaigns independently (A–Z responsibility).
  • Strong command over political & personality branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis-handling skills.
