Digital Media Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Digital Media Specialist who has previously worked with renowned channels, media houses, or high-profile personalities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute social media and digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with high-profile personalities and media teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content (video, graphics, live sessions, stories, reels, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.
• Manage digital PR campaigns and influencer collaborations.

Job Specification (JS) – Digital Media SpecialistEducation & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital media management.
• Must have worked with leading TV channels, digital media houses, or renowned public figures/personalities.
• Strong portfolio of executed campaigns with measurable results.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command of social media tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software.
• Strong creative sense for storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-profile projects with discretion.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Video editing, graphic design, and content production skills are a plus.
