Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online campaigns for political figures, influencers, and personal branding initiatives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms, with proven experience in political communication, influencer engagement, and online reputation management (ORM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute political and personal digital campaigns aligned with the client’s image and goals.
- Manage end-to-end content strategy (video, graphics, articles, reels, live sessions).
- Oversee online reputation management (ORM) by monitoring public sentiment and ensuring a positive digital presence.
- Grow and optimize engagement across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and videographers for impactful campaign delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance through digital analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with political trends, influencer strategies, and emerging digital tools.
- Handle crisis communication digitally to protect the client’s reputation.
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube promotions) effectively.
Job Specification (JS) – Digital Marketing ManagerQualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Media Sciences, Political Communication, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing/SEO/Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint preferred.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Media Marketing.
- Prior work experience with political campaigns, media houses, influencers, or public figures is a must.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Expertise in YouTube optimization (SEO, thumbnails, monetization strategies).
- Ability to design, lead, and monitor political narrative campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of ORM techniques and handling digital crises.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to deliver innovative campaign ideas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Urdu).
