Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Media Marketing Specialist (Satellite) who will manage and safeguard the online reputation, influence, and digital presence of political leaders and movements. The candidate must have strong expertise in political communications, digital branding, and reputation management, with the ability to anticipate, manage, and respond to public discourse in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage online reputation of political leaders and affiliated parties across digital platforms.
• Plan and execute digital strategies to strengthen political influence and narrative.
• Lead crisis communication efforts by promptly addressing negative news, misinformation, or online attacks.
• Develop and manage content strategies that enhance credibility and public trust.
• Collaborate with political teams, PR professionals, and media outlets to align digital messaging.
• Conduct social listening and trend analysis to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Oversee SEO, online campaigns, and digital PR to optimize visibility.
• Build a network of influencers and online communities to amplify political messaging.
• Provide regular reports on sentiment analysis, engagement, and online reputation metrics.
• Ensure messaging is politically sensitive, accurate, and aligned with leadership goals.

Job Specification (JS) – Digital Media Marketing Specialist (Satellite – Politics & Reputation Management)Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Political Science, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in digital media, political communications, or online reputation management.
• Proven track record of working with political campaigns, public figures, or high-profile organizations.
• Experience in managing digital crises, online reputation recovery, and political branding.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of political communications, reputation management, and digital PR.
• Proficiency with social media analytics, ORM tools, SEO, and paid campaigns.
• Ability to craft strategic messaging that resonates with mass audiences.
• Skilled in content creation, digital storytelling, and online community building.
• Excellent communication (English & Urdu) and media relations skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced political environments.
