Digital Media Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of political leaders and public personalities. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing digital campaigns for high-profile figures, political parties, or leading media organizations.

This role demands creativity, political awareness, and strong digital expertise to ensure that the personality’s message reaches the right audience with maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital media strategies to strengthen political and personal branding.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with tailored messaging.
• Create and oversee engaging multimedia content (videos, reels, graphics, articles, and live coverage).
• Monitor and manage online reputation, ensuring positive public perception.
• Track analytics and insights to optimize reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with PR, communication, and event teams for coordinated messaging.
• Stay updated on political trends, public opinion, and competitor strategies.
• Lead digital campaigns during political events, elections, or major announcements.

Job Specification (JS) – Digital Media Specialist (Politics & Personality)Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mass Communication, Political Science, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in political media management or working with public personalities.
• Experience with renowned channels, political campaigns, or high-profile leaders is essential.
• Strong portfolio of successful political/digital campaigns.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and online campaigning.
• Strong knowledge of political communication and public engagement strategies.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.).
• Skills in video editing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation (preferred).
• Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities (English & Urdu).
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during sensitive political events.
