Creative Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to help shape our brand presence, support product launches, and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This is a high-visibility role that collaborates closely with Sales and leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design for new product launches and updates to existing lines
• Proof artwork to ensure regulatory accuracy and brand consistency
• Drive standardization of packaging and brand elements across product categories
• Develop sales support materials including brochures, literature, and promotional campaigns
• Partner with Sales leadership to create targeted marketing initiatives
• Manage customer-facing communications and email campaigns
• Maintain and optimize website content using Webflow
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional marketing or creative experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, print, and/or marketing materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience with Webflow preferred
• Strong written communication and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and regulatory precision

• Competitive base salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year
