Creative Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a versatile and driven Creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our brand’s visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. This is a “doer” role, perfect for a mid-level designer who also enjoys the fast-paced world of social media and the occasional excitement of a field shoot. You’d be joining a growing company in the outdoor industry where your work will be seen by a passionate community.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Designing digital assets for email graphics, website banners, paid ads, landing pages, social media posts, etc.
• Designing assets for physical events like signage, brochures, and print-ready marketing materials
• Maintain and elevate the OLLIN visual identity across all platforms

Video Production & Editing

• Act as a “second shooter” on-set or in the field, assisting the Marketing Manager with capture
• Execute rough-cut editing for social reels and short-form video content

Social Media & Community Support

• Schedule and post polished creative assets 3 to 5 times per week
• Assist in planning the social media timeline and maintaining the content calendar
• Manage social media inboxes, respond to DMs, and foster a positive community presence

Qualifications

• Adobe experience with mid to high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign is also a plus.
• Proven experience in design and layout for email, ad, and print design (portfolio or examples required)
• Understanding of current social media trends and community management best practices
• Experience with camera operation and basic video editing software (Premier Pro, FinalCut, or others)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
