Creative Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do

Photo & Video (Experience Necessary)

• Capture and edit photos /videos still and active content for website, campaigns, and socials.
• Create short-form and long-form video content where needed
• Document products, people, and events in an authentic, on-brand way

Graphic Design Support

• Create social graphics, email visuals, and marketing materials
• Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all platforms

AI + Innovation

• Explore and apply AI tools to improve workflows
• Bring fresh ideas to keep MAVIN ahead of the curve

Organization & Project Management

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute ideas
• Stay organized, proactive, and detail-focused

Skills that would be Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Website management experience
• SEO / Google knowledge
• Marketing experience (email, campaigns, etc.)
• Copywriting (especially product or brand-focused)
• Experience with PIM (Product Information Management System)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
