We are seeking a self-sufficient creative professional who can automate and manage 360° digital marketing content production end-to-end using advanced AI tools. The role spans all Max Holding brands including Neemopani, HelloSalam, Unity Tourism, and 3SC Technologies.

The ideal candidate will architect AI-driven workflows using Claude, DeepSeek, Midjourney, and other generative platforms to independently handle everything from ideation to final publishing — at scale. You will own the full creative lifecycle across social media, digital campaigns, print, video, and branded assets with minimal dependency on external teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is essential, along with strong prompt engineering and workflow automation skills.

You will translate marketing briefs into high-impact, conversion-focused visuals while ensuring brand consistency across all entities. Strategic alignment with campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance data is a core expectation. The role also involves mentoring junior team members on AI adoption and maintaining quality under tight deadlines.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field | 4–5 years corporate/agency experience | Strong AI-enhanced portfolio.
