Marketing Design Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Design Specialist with hands-on experience in using AI tools for design and content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality visuals, improve workflows using AI, and bring fresh ideas across graphics, UI/UX, and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphic designs for digital platforms using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
• Design marketing materials, including social media creatives and short video ads, with the help of AI tools.
• Design UI/UX related tasks, including wireframes and layouts, while leveraging AI.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in design and marketing using AI (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for:
• Graphic Design (e.g., AI image generation, editing tools)
• UI/UX Design (AI-assisted wireframing, prototyping)
• Video Editing (AI-based video creation/editing tools)
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and/or AI-assisted work.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
