UI/UX Designer

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 PKR per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for designing seamless, functional, and aesthetically pleasing mobile and web interfaces. You will work closely with developers and product managers to turn complex requirements into intuitive user journeys.

As this role involves an evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM), it is ideal for someone who thrives in a quiet, focused environment or is comfortable collaborating with international clients in different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and user research to understand target audiences and their pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Build low-to-high fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for mobile and web applications.
• Visual Design: Create modern, clean, and pixel-perfect UI designs, including dashboard widgets, landing pages, and mobile app screens.
• Design Systems: Maintain and expand our internal design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Collaboration: Work directly with the development team to ensure design feasibility and provide assets (icons, typography, spacing) during the handoff process.
• Iterative Design: Analyze user feedback and data to refine existing designs and improve overall usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design (Portfolio required).
• Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables) and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Framer or Spline is a plus.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive design.
• Mobile-First Approach: Deep knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and the ability to work independently during night hours.
