Social Media Expert (Onsite/Night shift)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing online presence, and driving brand awareness across multiple social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
• Run paid social media campaigns and manage ad budgets
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
