QStaffers is currently looking for a Creative Operator for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Media Production field!

About

The Creative Operator is NOT a traditional junior editor or videographer. They are AI-augmented content machines who can take a single shoot day and produce 15–20+ deliverables from it.

Responsibilities

• Shoot content (video and photo) for retainer and project clients on scheduled shoot days

• Edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with fast turnaround

• Use AI tools for content repurposing: take a single long-form video and produce 5–10 social cuts

• Apply AI-assisted subtitling, captioning, and translation (Arabic and English)

• Create motion graphics and simple animations using templates and AI tools

• Follow the style guide and creative direction set by the Creative Lead

• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

• Deliver work through the PM system on time and to specification

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or content creation

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

• Can operate a camera (Sony A7 series, Canon R series, or equivalent) for social content shoots

• Strong understanding of social media formats: aspect ratios, platform specifications, trending styles

• Currently using at least 2 AI tools for content creation (CapCut AI, Opus Clip, Runway, Canva AI, or similar)

• Fast editing speed: can produce a polished 30-second reel from raw footage in under 2 hours

• Based in Cairo

• Personal content creation: has their own social media presence where they create and post video content

• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics software

• Photography skills (product photography, lifestyle photography)

• Color grading proficiency

• Understanding of sound design basics (music selection, audio mixing, VO recording)

• Fast and reliable: speed matters in agency life; they don’t miss deadlines

• AI-native: doesn’t see AI as cheating; sees it as a multiplier

• Takes creative direction well: can execute a vision they didn’t create without ego

• Quality-conscious even at speed: doesn’t sacrifice basic standards for turnaround

• Team player: shares tips, helps colleagues, contributes to a positive production floor
