Job Title: Creative Packaging Designer (Night Shift)

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 16, Karachi

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT)

Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Creative Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a "full-stack" designer—someone who can take a concept from a blank page to a physical reality. You will be responsible for everything from structural engineering (die-lines) to high-end 3D visualizations and final production-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Structural Design: Create precise, production-ready die-lines and print ready files from scratch based on specific product dimensions.
• Creative Branding: Develop unique and eye-catching graphic concepts for packaging that align with brand identity.
• 3D Visualization: Build realistic 3D mockups and environments to showcase how the packaging will look in real-world settings.
• Motion Graphics: (Preferred) Create short product reveal animations or 3D rotations for marketing purposes.
• Technical Prep: Ensure all files are perfectly set up for mass production (CMYK, bleed, pantone matching, and fold marks).
• Prototyping: Collaborate with the production team to review samples and adjust designs for structural integrity.

Required Skills & Tools

• Adobe Illustrator: Expert level (for die-lines, vector art, and layout).
• Adobe Photoshop: Expert level (for texturing, photo-manipulation, and finishing).
• Blender: Proficient in 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering high-quality product mockups.
• Adobe After Effects: Ability to create motion graphics and basic 3D animations.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of paper types, printing processes (Offset, Flexo, Digital), and finishing (Foil, Spot UV, Embossing).

Requirements

• Proven portfolio specifically showcasing packaging projects (die-lines + 3D renders).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in packaging or a related design field.
• Ability to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) consistently.
• Strong attention to detail—a 0.5mm error on a die-line matters!
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
