Creative Partner (Real Estate Photographer/Videographer)

**MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE**

- You will earn 35% of the total shoot cost as well as 100% of any travel fees applied.

1. DSLR Camera (capable of shooting brackets)
2. Wide (at least 16mm) and zoom lenses
3. Gimbal (capable of shooting vertically)
4. Drone (ideally capable of shooting vertically)
5. 360 camera (we can provide if you do not have one)

Square One is looking for motivated, creative professionals to join our team as Creative Partners — real estate photographers and videographers who love fast-paced, visual work.

This is a freelance contract role (not hourly employment) — however, Indeed requires an hourly range, so we’ve listed an estimated equivalent. Actual earnings are based on the number of projects completed, with top performers earning $30–$50/hr equivalent.

What You’ll Do

• Capture high-quality real estate photos and/or videos for listings, new builds, and marketing content
• Deliver consistent, on-brand media that meets Square One’s creative standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and the internal post-production team
• Upload footage/photos after each job for editing and delivery
• Travel to property shoots throughout the area (mileage compensation available)

Pay Structure

This is a contract-based position (1099).
Payment is made per completed project, based on a percentage of each job’s total value.

Typical earnings average $30–$50/hr equivalent, depending on project type, distance, and performance.

• Average project value: $300
• Partner payout: 40–50% per job
• Travel fees for out-of-range jobs are paid directly to you

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling — accept jobs that fit your availability.
• Average workload: 5–10 shoots per week (increase with tenure).
