We are hiring a Creative Performance Marketer who understands how to blend creativity with data-driven strategies. This role requires someone who can conceptualize strong ad creatives, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Develop high-performing ad concepts, scripts, angles, and creative ideas for videos, static images, and carousels.
- Work closely with the design/video team to guide creative direction for ads.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.
- Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, audience behavior, and funnel metrics.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated with new trends, ad formats, and competitive strategies in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms:
- Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads (optional but preferred)
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ad angles and ideas.
- Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, UGC ads, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & basic reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
