Role Overview:

The Creative Producer ensures creative excellence and the efficient production of CNCC content, maintaining quality and meeting established standards. The main goal is to develop creative, coordinate and execute all stages of the production process—from planning to final output while coordinating with relevant cross functional teams and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop all creative campaigns including moodboards, creative conceptualization, storyboards, sample scripts etc.
  • Plan and execute photo and/or video productions for brand-commissioned projects, ensuring optimal resource use and timely delivery
  • Support in production events including all phases of development and execution
  • Receive and adapt creative briefs
  • Create and manage production budgets throughout the process
  • Source and manage technical and creative teams: photographers, directors, stylists, makeup artists, model casting, events teams, etc.
  • Scout and manage venues and locations, including permits
  • Coordinate production and events logistics: scheduling, managing teams and timelines, transfers, catering, etc.
  • Handle postproduction: receive and coordinate produced material with internal creative departments
  • Close projects and manage invoicing
  • Support across CNCC with articles including project management, CMS management, resource management and publishing


Key Internal & External Relationships:

  • Work cross-functionally with various departments at Condé Nast (commercial, administrative, editorial) and CNCC (Creative Strategists, Delivery, etc.)
  • External collaborators: photographers, stylists, set designers, producers, photography studios


Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in editorial production roles
  • Prior experience in business, tech, finance production, preferably in both print and digital
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Genuine interest in Condé Nast’s editorial territories: lifestyle, business, tech, fashion, luxury, travel, and style, for diverse audiences
  • Strong aesthetic sense, awareness of trends, urban culture, and global happenings
  • Preferred experience in BizFiTech sectors
  • Advanced English level, Arabic is a plus
