THE ROLE
We're hiring a Creative Producer based in Atlanta, Georgia. This is not a sit-at-your-desk role. This is a be-everywhere, know-everything, show-up-ready role. You will be the creative engine behind our client campaigns, from the first brainstorm to the final edit to the post going live.
You will travel with our team to client cities, lead shoots as the director and on-set personality, keep the energy high, and make sure every client feels like they're working with the best in the business. Because they are.
When you're not on the road, you're editing, scripting, researching trends, prepping for the next shoot, and making sure every piece of content that goes out under the Raw Law umbrella is nothing short of exceptional.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Script, concept, and develop content ideas for law firm clients across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Research trends constantly. You know what's working, what's dying, and what's next before anyone else does
- Build call sheets and shoot plans so that nothing, ever, is left to last minute
- Travel to client shoots (expect 20 to 40% travel, domestic) and lead the day as the primary director and on-set personality
- Coordinate with videographers on set to ensure all footage is captured, slated, and uploaded correctly
- Edit videos to perfection. Not completion. Perfection. Using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and AI editing tools
- Review and grammar-check all vendor edits before anything enters the posting schedule
- Own the posting cadence for each client. Right content, right platform, right time
- Monitor post performance and communicate with the team when adjustments to content or ads are needed
- Onboard new clients and participate in monthly reporting calls
- Communicate directly with clients when approvals are needed, professionally, promptly, and with confidence
- Keep creative fresh across every client, every month. No recycled ideas, no lazy executions
WHO YOU ARE
You are active on at least one major platform: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts. You have content that proves you understand how to grab attention, tell a story, and hold an audience. You don't need millions of followers. You need a channel you're proud to put your name on and show to a room full of people.

You are the most outgoing person in every room you walk into. You're the kind of person who can sit down with a personal injury attorney, a law firm founder, or a marketing director and hold a conversation that makes them feel like they've known you for years.
You think fast, execute faster, and you don't wait to be told what to do. When there's downtime, you're already editing or prepping for the next shoot. Speed and urgency are not skills you've developed. They're just who you are.
You have genuine, contagious passion for seeing clients win. When a client calls and says people are recognizing them on the street, that moment hits different for you.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Proven experience creating content. Your portfolio lives on your social channels
- Strong scripting, copywriting, and trend research skills
- Working knowledge of camera equipment and on-set production
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, and AI-assisted editing tools
- Confidence directing talent on set and managing a shoot day
- Excellent communication skills. You can talk to anyone, in any room
- Ability to travel domestically 20 to 40% of the month
- Critical thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to clients without being asked
- An understanding that perfection is the standard, not the goal
WHAT YOU GET
- $96,000/year base salary ($8,000/month)
- 3 weeks PTO per year (max 1 week at a time, with a 45-day gap between uses)
