We’re Austin Integration Coaching, a hands-on, heart-driven coaching company helping people heal from addiction, trauma, and major life transitions. We’re building something bigger — an IOP program, online community, and multimedia presence that blends coaching, music, and storytelling to inspire others.

Our co-founder Chase is a powerful voice in recovery and transformation. His story, music, and message deserve to reach the world — but he needs the right creative teammate to help bring it to life.

About the Role

We’re looking for a grounded yet creative partner to help organize, create, and produce content that shares Chase’s message online through video, music, and podcasting.

This role is part creative assistant, part content producer, part music collaborator, and part accountability partner — someone who thrives on helping a visionary stay organized and focused while building something meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Act as Chase’s creative and organizational teammate — keeping projects moving and ideas on track
• Plan, film, and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (short + long form)
• Produce and launch a podcast (set up equipment, record, edit, publish, manage guest scheduling)
• Research and reach out to other podcast hosts for guest appearances and collaborations
• Brainstorm and integrate music + beats into videos and podcast content
• Help develop a content calendar and posting strategy
• Manage social platforms and assist with engagement
• Light admin or scheduling support when needed
• Help turn coaching topics into online courses or subscription-based community content

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Has video production and editing experience (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Has a strong interest or background in music, audio production, or songwriting
• Understands how to build and grow online platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, etc.)
• Can manage projects independently and follow through with accountability
• Brings creativity, emotional intelligence, and structure to the table
• Feels aligned with themes like recovery, mental health, personal growth, and spirituality
• Bonus: Experience booking podcast guests or managing online launches
