DESCRIPTION
Amazon's Reputation Marketing & Insights team is seeking a Creative Producer to help shape the future of how we deliver advertising campaigns—from idea to execution to iteration. This role blends creative production management with curiosity-driven experimentation, particularly around generative AI tools and scalable creative workflows.
You will support the production of campaigns across multiple formats and channels, while also helping pilot next-gen creative tooling that helps us prototype faster, localize smarter, and produce more engaging content at scale. You will work alongside creative directors, art directors, copywriters, project managers, and production and technology partners to bring bold creative ideas to life—on time and at high quality.

Key job responsibilities
Manage end-to-end creative production process, including developing and maintaining production schedules, resource plans, and workflow documentation across digital, social, video, and experimental formats
Support pilot programs with emerging creative vendors and internal tooling teams; document learnings and implement process improvements based on results
Track and analyze production metrics (time, cost, resource utilization) to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and efficiency gains
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to fulfill production requirements, timelines, and delivery specifications
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of AI-enhanced production workflows and best practices to support team adoption
Manage creative production budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality standards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience contributing to cross-team initiatives and process improvements
- Ability to translate creative requirements into executable workflows that are fast, flexible, and high quality
- Experience presenting project updates and results to team stakeholders
- Interest in emerging technologies and their impact on storytelling, production, and scale

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
