Overview:
CONGO Brands is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Creative Production Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. This role is focused on executing high-detail, high-accuracy production files for CPG (consumable Packaging), retail packaging and POP/POS graphics. You will work closely with our diverse team of designers, production artists, and marketing teams to prepare flawless, high-impact artwork that meets both creative and technical expectations.

This role is focused on executing high-detail, high-accuracy production files for CPG (consumable Packaging), retail packaging and POP/POS graphics. You will work closely with our diverse team of designers, production artists, and marketing teams to prepare flawless, high-impact artwork that meets both creative and technical expectations.
This position demands advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong emphasis on image retouching, color accuracy, and production formatting. Familiarity with Esko software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine print-ready artwork for packaging and in-store displays
- Perform detailed photo retouching and color correction to meet brand standards
- Utilize Esko and Adobe software to manage die lines, templates, distortions, and compliance workflows
- Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across layered Illustrator files
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and regulatory teams
- Manage file output, QC checks, and production versions in a high-volume environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a graphics production, packaging design, or retail display role
- Proven experience in retouching, color correction, color separation, and file Proven experience in retouching, color correction, and file preparation
- Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience with POP/POS design is highly preferred
Extensive knowledge in prepress and printing process.
