Creative Project Manager

The company

Episode Zero Studio (EP0) is a small startup based in Dubai Digital Park, DSO. We build e-commerce businesses (brands), and we produce everything related to those brands in-house, including social media content and ads.

To get a feel for what we do, check our recently launched e-commerce business (JM Film School) https://www.jmfilmschool.com. This project was fully built in house at EP0.

Where we are right now

We started 2 years ago as a lean, high output team. We move fast, care about quality, and we actually ship.

Now we are entering a new chapter. New e-commerce projects, bigger production volume, more moving parts, and a growing team. This phase is about scaling what already works, and moving faster without losing quality or culture.

The role

We need a Project Manager who can keep projects moving, track timelines, keep the team aligned, and support day to day operations. Since we are a startup, you will also support team building, internal coordination, and working with external suppliers and freelancers.

You are the person who keeps everything connected.

Key responsibilities

• Build timelines and schedules for active projects
• Track deliverables: Keep a clear view of what is done, due, late, or blocked
• Share weekly updates: progress, risks, decisions needed, what is next
• Resolve project conflicts between creative, production, and business needs while protecting quality and deadlines
• Coordinate freelancers and suppliers from briefing to delivery and follow up
• Support HR basics: scheduling interviews, onboarding, internal updates, team follow ups
• Support customer care: organize requests, track recurring issues, and coordinate fixes with the team

What we are looking for

• Arabic and English fluency is a must
• Strong experience managing projects, timelines, and multiple stakeholders
• Startup mindset. You are comfortable with changing priorities and fast execution
• Clear communicator. You can push things forward without drama
• High ownership and follow through. You do not wait to be told what to do
• Organized and detail oriented with strong tracking habits

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
