True View Productions is a growing real estate media company producing clean, cinematic property content for top agents and builders throughout the Seattle area.
Our focus is simple: create high-quality real estate visuals that help listings stand out while keeping the production process smooth and professional.
We are looking for a creative videographer with a strong visual eye who enjoys capturing beautiful spaces and producing engaging property content.
This role is ideal for someone who loves filming and creating content but does not want to run their own media business or manage clients.
You focus on shooting.
We handle editing, scheduling, delivery, and client communication.
Position Overview
This role focuses primarily on filming real estate video content, including:
- Cinematic property walkthrough videos
- Lifestyle and detail shots that enhance storytelling
- Vertical short-form content for social media
- Drone video and photo
Photography experience is helpful, as some shoots will require still images.
Minimum availability: 10+ hours per week, with opportunity for additional bookings as workload grows.
Responsibilities
- Capture smooth, stabilized walkthrough footage (gimbal required)
- Film both vertical and horizontal video formats intentionally
- Capture FAA-compliant drone footage
- Photograph properties when needed
- Follow True View shot lists and quality standards
- Upload RAW files promptly after shoots
- Maintain professional equipment and reliability on set
Ideal Candidate
- Strong videography experience (real estate preferred but not required)
- Applicants without a strong video portfolio will not be considered.
- Comfortable shooting in manual exposure
- Good understanding of composition, pacing, and camera movement
- Familiar with modern video styles and social media content trends
- Professional, reliable, and efficient on shoots
- Strong attention to detail
Bonus (Not Required):
- Basic editing ability (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci)
- Experience creating short-form real estate or lifestyle content
Equipment Requirements
- 4K-capable camera
- Wide-angle lens
- Gimbal (Ronin preferred)
- Drone (FAA Part 107 license required or willingness to obtain)
- Gear-head tripod
- Flash equipment (for photo assignments)
- Computer + high-speed internet for uploads
- Reliable transportation
Canon and DJI equipment preferred.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
