About the Role
We are looking for a creative, driven, and strategic
Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager
to lead the growth of our personal brand, company, and podcast across all digital platforms.
We’ve produced over 1200 videos, built a strong foundation, and now it’s time to take things to the next level. Our goal is to create content and strategy on the level of global brands and top creators.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes storytelling, trends, and content that truly connects with audiences.
You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative direction, managing the content team, and driving growth across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content and growth strategy across all social media platforms.

Managing social media paid ads

Build and manage content calendars for the CEO, the company, and the podcast.

Create ideas for engaging and viral content, including reels, shorts, and podcast highlights.

Source and book high-quality guests for the podcast.

Review long-form content to identify the best clips for posting.

Supervise editors and provide creative feedback to ensure high-quality output.

Lead creative direction during events, expos, and shoots.

Identify and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and improve engagement.

Work closely with the founder to develop the overall brand and creative vision.
Requirements

Proven experience in managing and growing social media channels or brand pages.

Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Experience with content creation, scripting, and creative direction.

Basic video editing or design experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.) is preferred.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills; comfortable managing a creative team.

Understanding of marketing, digital branding, and influencer collaborations.

Passion for content that educates, inspires, and entertains.
Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Solid paid ads management

Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills

Experience in Digital Marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus

Experience working in the finance or investment industry is beneficial
Nice to Have

Experience in podcast production or management.
