   Key Responsibilities
  
   Campaign Performance:
  
- 
   Develop and execute
   
    creative strategies
   
   for omnichannel marketing, optimizing content to improve CTR and other metrics while maintaining communication relevance.
  
 
   Creative & Content Effectiveness:
  
- 
   Plan and oversee
   
    creative testing
   
   , including copy variations, visuals, and formats, to identify what drives engagement and conversions.

   Create and maintain a
   
    creative playbook
   
   documenting what’s working and what’s not across campaigns, including messaging, visuals, and formats, to guide future creative decisions.
  
 
   Consumer Insights & Research:
  
- 
    Drive
   
   a monthly activity of talking to consumers to understand their likes, dislikes, and preferences, and use these insights to test the communication and creative.
  
 
   Brand Consistency & Communication:
  
- 
    Maintain brand guidelines and tone
   
   across all communication to ensure consistency and attract quality audiences.
  
 
   Collaboration & Timeliness:
  
- 
   Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring campaign ideas to life.

    Analyse campaign performance

   and independently track audience insights and creative trends to inform future strategy.

   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align creative efforts for influencer and partnership campaigns, festive promotions, and sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  
 
   Requirements

   in creative strategy and marketing communication
