Position: Creative Strategist

Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years (including managerial experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business objectives and brand goals.
• Lead and manage creative teams, including content creators, designers, videographers, and marketing professionals.
• Create innovative campaign concepts for digital, social media, and performance marketing channels.
• Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee content planning, creative direction, and campaign execution from concept to completion.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, content strategy, and branding.
• Exceptional creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to translate business goals into effective and engaging creative campaigns.
