About The Role
The Creative Strategist is entrusted with shaping the vision and strategy behind high-impact campaigns, branding, and experiential activations. This role translates insights and research into actionable creative briefs, ensuring every project is both innovative and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities

Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns, branding, and event activations

Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis to inform strategy

Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for creative, design, and content teams

Collaborate with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution

Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders

Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Support new business pitches and proposal development with strategic input

Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation, and cultural insights relevant to the agencys work
Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field

Minimum 6 years experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or related roles within agency or brand environments

Strong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaigns

Excellent analytical, research, and storytelling skills

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Experience with digital, social, and experiential marketing

Familiarity with the GCC market and regional cultural nuances is preferred
