Our client is Shopify-based DTC brand at the forefront of all things hydrogen water. Fueled by paid traffic (Meta, Google, etc.), They're moving fast, execute relentlessly, and are scaling aggressively.
Now, Our client looking for a world-class Creative Strategist to develop and lead breakthrough ad concepts that define the next era of Hydroh’s growth.
Role Overview:
You’ll own ideation, scripting, and briefing of high-performing ad concepts across Meta and other platforms from research and insight discovery all the way to execution and post-launch analysis.
This is a key strategic role where your ideas won’t just be heard they’ll directly influence millions in ad spend and revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Research, ideate, and script 15+ ad concepts per week based on insights from the Meta ad account.
- Each concept must be backed by research and a clear thesis you’ll explain why it should work.
- Own end-to-end creative execution from ideation to production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editors, designers, creators, media buyers, and leadership to ensure quality, speed, and alignment.
- Review performance weekly to identify insights, trends, and new testing directions.
- Document learnings from failed ads to continuously improve the creative hit rate.
- Balance volume with precision managing dozens of active tests while maintaining high creative integrity.
- Proactively suggest new systems, workflows, and creative frameworks to improve the team’s efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in creative strategy or direct-response marketing.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on creative strategy experience in DTC or performance marketing (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record building video ad concepts that scaled past $100K+ in Meta or YouTube.
- Deep understanding of Eugene Schwartz’s Stages of Awareness and how they map to ad structure.
- Familiarity with UGC, VSL, and advertorial funnel ecosystems.
- Fluent in creative analytics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, MER) and iterative testing.
- Experience briefing creators and editors, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining congruence across funnel stages.
- Able to work from qualitative research (VOC, reviews, Reddit, YouTube) to define angles and personas.
- Strong grasp of psychological triggers curiosity, fear of loss, proof, novelty, identity and how to deploy them.
- Exceptional communication: you can explain complex creative logic simply and persuasively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
- Proven collaboration with media buyers to align creative insights to data.
- Comfortable building creative matrices, testing frameworks, or Miro-based workflows.
- Experience scaling complex funnel architectures (advertorials, listicles, quizzes).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
