Job Description – Social Media Marketing Manager / Digital StrategistPosition Overview

We are seeking an exceptional and highly creative Social Media Marketing Manager & Digital Strategist with over 8 years of proven experience in the Real Estate and IT industries. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can develop and execute global brand strategies, elevate brand image, and drive impactful digital presence across international markets. This individual must be a specialist in PR, influencer marketing, and social media management, with advanced expertise in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Development
  • Design and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation globally.
  • Craft and manage brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging that resonate with diverse international audiences.
  • Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains ahead of the curve.
  • Social Media & Digital Presence
  • Lead end-to-end social media strategy, content planning, execution, and performance analysis across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging and trend-driven campaigns to strengthen community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns with a focus on ROI, conversion optimization, and scaling internationally.
  • Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
  • Develop and manage PR initiatives to increase brand credibility and media exposure globally.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and media outlets.
  • Design impactful influencer campaigns that align with brand values and business goals.
  • Performance & Analytics
  • Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to refine strategies and ensure measurable impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, PR, and brand strategy within Real Estate and IT industries.
  • Global Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Retargeting, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and digital content strategies.
  • Creative Expertise: Exceptional storytelling ability, trend forecasting, and innovative campaign ideation.
  • Communication & PR: Strong media relations, influencer partnerships, and crisis communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor teams, manage budgets, and deliver impactful results under tight deadlines.
