Role Overview

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist (Events & Marketing) to lead idea-to-execution thinking across events, brand activations, integrated marketing, and PR-led campaigns. This role is about understanding brand objectives, translating them into strong concepts and strategies, and working closely with teams to bring ideas to life—on ground and across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client and brand goals and translate them into impactful creative strategies
• Develop event concepts, campaign ideas, themes, and storytelling frameworks
• Create compelling client presentations, pitch decks, and concept proposals
• Collaborate with events, marketing, PR, and digital teams to ensure strategy-led execution
• Support campaign planning across offline marketing, events, PR, and digital
• Research trends in experiential marketing, brand activations, and event technology
• Use AI tools for concept ideation, image generation, design inspiration, and presentation enhancement
• Ensure ideas are feasible, on-brand, and aligned with budgets and timelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience as a Creative Strategist, Concept Developer, or Experiential Planner
• Strong background in events, integrated marketing, or creative agencies
• Excellent skills in concept writing, storytelling, and presentation creation
• Understanding of event execution and marketing workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design, image creation, or presentation generation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Based in Dubai and available for full-time, in-office work

Salary Range (UAE Market Aligned)

AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month (depending on experience)
