Creative Team Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Creative Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the creative direction of campaigns, managing content creation, and collaborating with the video production team to deliver impactful results for international clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic campaign designs aligned with client objectives.

Generate creative ideas and provide direction for innovative projects.

Write compelling scripts and content for campaigns.

Collaborate with bloggers, influencers, and creative writers for brand growth.

Lead and guide the video production team to execute high-quality content.

Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns (from planning to delivery).

Ensure quality content with strong writing and communication skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Creative Lead / Team Lead in marketing or media.

Strong expertise in scriptwriting, campaign ideation, and execution.

Experience working with UK and USA clients.

Excellent writing, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage and inspire creative teams (writers, designers, video editors).
