We are seeking a
hands-on Creative Team Lead
to manage and work closely with our creative team, including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Creators.
This role requires active involvement in
design execution, creative direction, and quality control
for both
online and offline marketing materials

Actively contribute to:

Design concepts and visual direction

Reviewing and improving designs and videos

Create and oversee creative materials for:

Online marketing
(social media, digital campaigns, ads, websites)

Offline marketing
(print materials, brochures, banners, signage, packaging, in-store materials)

Translate marketing strategies into strong visual content
-
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials

Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and social media teams
-
Provide clear, practical, and actionable creative feedback
Requirements
Requirements

3–5 years of experience
in:
-
Graphic Design
-
Online & Offline Marketing Content
-
Hands-on experience is a MUST
-
Proven experience leading or supervising a creative team
-
Strong understanding of:
-
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
-
Print production basics (formats, materials, specifications)
-
Proficiency in:
-
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
-
Video tools such as Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
-
Digital-first mindset with offline marketing experience

❌ No TV, film production, or traditional advertising agency background
