Position: Creative Team Lead
Location: Karachi - Head Office
Job Requirement;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years in a similar role within F&B, retail, or advertising.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Deep understanding of brand identity, consumer psychology, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop groundbreaking ideas for campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Branding:
- Develop and execute brand identity, visual aesthetics, and creative campaigns aligned with Domino’s vision.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-store branding.
- Lead creative concept development for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal marketing.
Marketing & Advertising:
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to create engaging ad campaigns.
- Oversee the development of TV commercials, digital ads, social media content, and OOH advertising.
- Innovate and execute unique branding strategies to strengthen customer connection and loyalty.
Content & Design Supervision:
- Manage the graphic designers, content creators, and video production teams.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality visuals, animations, and multimedia content.
- Ensure all marketing assets maintain brand guidelines and quality standards.
Campaign Execution & Performance:
- Drive creative execution for local and international marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new design tools, AI, and technology into creative processes.
