About the Role
A creative Video Editor / Motion Designer will work on engaging, story-driven videos across multiple digital platforms. Projects range from short-form social content to longer videos that need strong pacing, emotion, and visual flow.

What You’ll Do

• Turn creative ideas into polished video content
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and video platforms
• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and captions
• Sync visuals with voiceovers, sound effects, and background music
• Improve raw footage using creative cuts, timing, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with the team to shape concepts into final videos

What We’re Looking For

• A creative mindset with strong visual thinking
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Ability to work with both vertical and horizontal video formats
• Attention to detail and a willingness to experiment

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Familiarity with social media video trends
• Basic color grading or sound design knowledge
