What You’ll Do

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with content strategists, art directors, and copywriters to bring stories to life.
• Enhance video content with motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound design to boost quality.
• Adapt videos to fit various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure visual consistency across client brands while adhering to creative guidelines.
• Keep up with trends in video editing, storytelling techniques, and social media video formats.
• Work effectively with remote teams using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing (agency or freelance experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience editing for social media, advertisements, and brand-driven content.
• Basic understanding of color grading and audio mixing.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, animation, or 3D visuals is a plus.
