What You’ll Do

• Edit both short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and campaigns.
• Work closely with content strategists, art directors, and copywriters to bring stories to life.
• Enhance video quality by adding motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound design.
• Adapt videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure visual consistency across all client brands, adhering to creative guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends, social media formats, and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate efficiently with remote teams using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of video editing experience (agency or freelance experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience editing content for social media, advertisements, and brand narratives.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to adapt in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience in motion design, animation, or 3D visuals is a plus.
