Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production
- Develop creative concepts and video production plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Prepare scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules.
- Manage budgets, resources, and production timelines.
- Coordinate locations, permits, equipment, talent, and crew requirements.
Production
- Lead and supervise video shoots, ensuring smooth execution.
- Direct on-camera talent and production crew.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage lighting, audio, camera setups, and other production elements.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions.
Post-Production
- Coordinate video editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Review and approve final edits to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery of video content across various platforms.
- Maintain an organized archive of video assets and project files.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative video production techniques.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, digital content creation, or a similar role.
- Experience managing end-to-end video production projects.
- Experience in commercial, corporate, social media, or advertising video production is preferred.
Pay: From Rs85,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
