The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time position. We aren't just looking for an editor; we are looking for a creative partner who can bring innovative ideas and a unique vision to our projects.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality long-form and short-form video content for both Plutove's brand and our diverse range of clients. If you are a natural storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a mastery of motion graphics, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, websites).
• Create engaging short-form content (social media ads, promotional clips) and impactful long-form content (case studies, brand stories).
• Design and integrate stunning motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to elevate our video content.
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to understand project briefs and deliver content that exceeds expectations.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative video concepts to the table.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: You must have a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in video editing and motion graphics. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Creative Mindset: You are an ideas-person who thinks strategically about how video can achieve marketing goals. You don't just execute; you create.
• Storytelling Ability: A deep understanding of pacing, timing, and narrative structure to create emotionally resonant videos.
• Remote Work Ready: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for professional remote work.
• Proactive & Communicative: As a remote team member, you must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

• A competitive monthly salary from ₨30,000 to ₨70,000 PKR, based on your skills and experience.
