Job Description

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a refined visual eye, deep knowledge of colour psychology, an instinctive feel for typography, and along with a fluency in creative AI tools that support professional video editing and visual design.

Responsibilities

Video Production

Edit and deliver high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, LinkedIn) with a calm, sophisticated, and story-driven style.
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway ML, Descript, Topaz Video AI) to optimise editing, enhance quality, and increase efficiency.
Incorporate seamless transitions, sound design, and ambient pacing to create an elegant viewing experience.
Apply professional colour grading to align video content with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
Repurpose long-form recordings into tailored platform-specific edits.
Support AI-led workflows such as voiceovers, text-to-video, or automated repurposing when suitable.

Design & Visual Identity

Retouch and colour-grade photography in Photoshop/Lightroom, enhancing tone, detail, and overall polish.
Produce editorial-style designs for social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
Experiment with AI-driven design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Canva Magic, etc.) while maintaining a refined and balanced approach.
Showcase expertise in typography — perfecting hierarchy, spacing, and pairing for a luxury-inspired brand look.
Use principles of colour theory and psychology to craft emotionally compelling visuals. Curate a cohesive, high-end social media presence.
Develop moodboards, seasonal lookbooks, and campaign decks.
Design branded templates and reusable assets for internal teams and creators.

Requirements
2 years of professional experience in design and/or content creation (luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or wellness industry experience preferred).
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Practical knowledge of AI-driven design/video tools.
Demonstrated skill in typography, editorial layouts, and brand identity systems.
Strong grasp of minimalistic post-production and luxury design aesthetics

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Canva Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator or other collaborative design platforms.
Ability to art-direct or capture lifestyle photography (phone or camera).
Familiarity with AI content planning tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI).
Interest in interior design, wellness, or culture-focused branding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
