As a Creative Video Editor, your role goes beyond simply editing videos. You are tasked with turning raw footage into immersive, trend-setting masterpieces that resonate with audiences across social media and digital platforms. This position requires exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of how to engage audiences in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently accept briefs and coordinate directly with brand teams and clients to understand their vision and expectations.
• Outline the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with goals and delivering high-quality results.
• Develop creative treatments, incorporating elements such as motion design, animations, AI, and sound treatments.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, shareable stories that align with brand objectives and resonate with social media audiences.
• Deliver polished, finished videos that meet high-quality standards, including audio mixing, SFX, motion design, mastering, and color grading.
• Create high-quality graphics and animations using After Effects and Photoshop.
• Stay fluent in the nuances of various social media platforms, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.
• Push creative boundaries by staying updated with the latest innovations in video technology and social media trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a creative video editor with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional post-production skills.
• Strong understanding of video editing, design, animation, and typography.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative treatments, including motion design, animation, and sound treatments.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and an ability to craft content that is engaging and shareable.
