Creative Video / Graphics Editor & Designer (On-Site) - Only Rahim Yar Khan

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video & Graphics Editor to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing engaging visual content and producing high-converting video advertisements for digital platforms including social media and paid campaigns.

This role requires someone who is passionate about creativity, understands modern design trends, and is experienced with AI-powered content creation tools for video ads, avatars, and animations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video ads, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
• Design social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials.
• Edit raw footage into engaging marketing content with strong storytelling.
• Develop AI-generated video ads, animations, and avatar-based content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AI video and creative tools such as:
• Runway (Gen-3) preferred
• Veo, Sora or similar AI video generation tools preferred
• Midjourney / Adobe Firefly preferred
• HeyGen / Synthesia / D-ID (AI avatars & presenters) preferred
• Other animation or AI-based creative platforms preferred
• Understanding of social media ad formats and marketing psychology.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience creating content for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
• Motion graphics and animation expertise.
